WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK THE THERAPIST?

Can you tell me a bit about your practice?

  • My practice was started in 2024. I wanted to create a practice and use my expertise to assist others creating a change in their lives that was necessary and beneficial to their needs. Sometimes we all just need a little push. I wanted to create a positive, non-judgmental environment where you could feel safe.

Do you have experience working with clients with similar concerns?

  • I have experience with working with clients that have anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, family conflict, communication issues

What therapy approach do you use?

  • I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify thoughts, feelings and behaviors; reevaluate dysfunctional thoughts and reframe/reconstruct those dysfunctional thoughts into more realistic thinking.

  • Therapy is a collaboration approach. I will listen and motivate you to create the change you are looking for. You are the expert of your life and the changes you want to make. Iā€™m there to guide you and give you different tools to help you navigate through the process.

How frequently and long do you typically see clients?

  • You decide how often you would like to have sessions.

  • Typically; sessions are 1 hour per week.

What are your fees and do you accept my health insurance?

  • I accept most insurance (Seeing Booking Tab) and credit cards.

  • Out of pocket fee: $120 per session
