WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK THE THERAPIST?
Can you tell me a bit about your practice?
My practice was started in 2024. I wanted to create a practice and use my expertise to assist others creating a change in their lives that was necessary and beneficial to their needs. Sometimes we all just need a little push. I wanted to create a positive, non-judgmental environment where you could feel safe.
Do you have experience working with clients with similar concerns?
I have experience with working with clients that have anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, family conflict, communication issues
What therapy approach do you use?
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify thoughts, feelings and behaviors; reevaluate dysfunctional thoughts and reframe/reconstruct those dysfunctional thoughts into more realistic thinking.
Therapy is a collaboration approach. I will listen and motivate you to create the change you are looking for. You are the expert of your life and the changes you want to make. Iām there to guide you and give you different tools to help you navigate through the process.
How frequently and long do you typically see clients?
You decide how often you would like to have sessions.
Typically; sessions are 1 hour per week.
What are your fees and do you accept my health insurance?
I accept most insurance (Seeing Booking Tab) and credit cards.
Out of pocket fee: $120 per session
